Mandated inspections (V, I, K, P, UC, WF and C)
Cryo Solutions Inc. is registered with Transport Canada as a qualified facility in accordance with CSA B620 regulations to perform required inspections on type 331, 338 and 341 trailers.
Helium leak detection and repairs of cryogenic equipment
Our team has the required experience to repair all types of issues on trailers. We are specialized in helium leak detection on trailers of all sizes as well as on their piping. Our wide range of expertise enables us to complete urgent repairs swiftly, lengthy and complex full tank rehabs as well as repairs for CSA standard requalification due to usual wear and tear or accidents.
Large trailer blast and paint
We have a large bay dedicated to sandblasting and another specially designed for painting, equipped to accommodate large vessels, stationary trailers and other large equipment in need of a fresh coat.
Installation of a new or repaired piping assembly
Our qualifications grant us the ability to offer to repair, replace or rebuild all cryogenic piping on your trailers.
Installation and repair of running gear
Cryo Solutions is a one stop shop for all your repairs, including repairs to your running gear. Whether it be an axle replacement, an issue with your suspension or a required diagnostic on a lift axle, our team can satisfy all your needs. We are also knowledgeable in installations of ABS systems, anti-rollover and TPMS.
Adjustments and tests
Using cutting edge technology and equipment, our expert electro-mechanics can optimize the operations of all systems installed on your trailer, whether it be hydraulic, pneumatic or electric. We also have the capabilities to update or replace cryogenic pumps.
